Description
  • Responsible for generating and qualifying leads with a focus on existing accounts to assess sales potential
  • Plan and execute sales strategies
  • Partner with varying levels of sales management and field associates to drive assay sales campaigns and maintain accountability
  • Conduct customer calls in accordance with department performance objectives
  • Qualify and generate target lists

Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree required + 2 years of experience.
  • Have a strong competitive spirit and results orientation and relentless customer focus.
  • Ability to sell technically complex products and converse with customers to foster relationships
  • Strong communication, both written and oral skills required.
  • Solid interpersonal, time management and planning skills.
  • Multifaceted, hardworking individual to implement sales activities.
  • Self-starter with a positive outlook while passionate about quality work that strives to achieve desired metrics.
  • Must be comfortable communicating with leadership and management, as well as cross functionally.
