About the Team On the Merchant Strategy & Operations | Partner Operations team, our mission is to empower Merchants to operate flawlessly on DoorDash and to ensure DoorDash works equally well for our Merchant Partners.

About the Role As a Business Operations Consultant on the Merchant S&O, Partner Operations team, you will work 1:1 with our top Merchant Partners to drive operational improvements in support of all of our audiences (Consumer, Dasher, Merchant). You will work cross functionally with our Product, Analytics, S&O, and Account Owner organizations to diagnose operational challenges, create a roadmap to fix them, and implement them with the Merchant. You will be the face of Ops with our top Merchants!

  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role is a plus
  • MBA is a plus
  • The idea of working with top national restaurant brands excites you
  • You have SQL proficiency and Excel mastery
