Butcher full time

UES specialty market is searching for an experienced full time butcher. The candidate must be flexible and willing to work one weekend day and some late afternoons.

Experience in a full service butcher shop is absolutely necessary.

The candidate must have skills to accurately and efficiently cut meat and be familiar with a high end inventory.

Most importantly we are searching for someone who is knowledgeable, personable and reliable, as we are a strong service oriented market and are looking for someone with superior customer service skills.
