Looking for top-notch, innovative software developers to take part in design and development of a high frequency trading platform. This is an excellent opportunity for talented technologist with superior C programming skills to join a highly regarded trading group and to be a key player of building out the high performance systems. While specific business experience is not required, candidates should have experience developing low latency, high performance multithreaded applications. Highly competitive compensation package includes a base salary up to 250K, commensurate with Candidate's experience and uncapped performance bonus.

- Strong track record of working with a team and delivering great software
- Solid fundamentals - Data Structures, Algorithms, etc.,
- Exceptional C programming skills on Unix/Linux
- Experience developing high throughput low latency applications
- Experience with version control practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with debugging tools
- Strong Unix shell scripting skills, experience automating Unix tasks
- Experience with relational databases
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or other technical discipline from a highly reputable school
- Financial industry experience is desired, but not required
