Contractor Requirements:

At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Ownership of a cargo van.

A smartphone (iPhone or Android) for communication and route management.

A clean driving record.

Auto insurance that meets ADL’s coverage requirements.

Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

How to Apply:

First go to https://americandedicatedlogistics.com and register as a new contractor. (You can also download the App if you have an Android device) You will need to fill out the Contract Driver Information section and sign all the electronic contracts including the Independent Contractor Statement Contract Delivery Service Agreement ADL Independent Contractor Relationship Remember to read these contracts carefully before signing them, you need to understand ADL’s expectations and requirements.

Please add your Direct Deposit Information and verify the information is correct. Sub-Contractors- Name and Phone number must be listed on the profile. If you plan to utilize a Sub-Contractor on a regular basis for an assigned route, you must add/schedule them to the Route they will be assigned to so that they can check in and out. There is a separate SOP with instructions that we can provide you when this is the case. Then you need to upload the following required documents:

Signed W-9 – Can be obtained online at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

Valid Driver’s License

Social Security Card or EIN number

Driving Record less than 6 months old- An online Driving Record may be obtained online, andthe website will depend on the state you are licensed in

Insurance Declaration Page proving a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident coverage for bodily injury liability. You also need to have a minimum of $50,000 for property. 

You must provide a certificate of insurance that lists American Dedicated Logistics listed as additionally insured on your policy
