Carpenter/Maintenance Technician

Bailey’s Real Estate & Property Management is looking for a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician who is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. As a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician, you will be entrusted with preserving the good condition and functionality of the properties. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who will responsibly observe all safety guidelines.

Main Job Duties:

Carpentry

Apartment Turnovers

Electrical

Plumbing repair

Heating & cooling system maintenance

Repairs

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and technical skills

Self-starter and reliable team member

Able to speak respectfully with tenants

Must have dependable transportation

Valid driver’s license

Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs

Work Location:

This job would service our apartment buildings/communities at three locations, Clinton, Sherburne and Oneida.

Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment (post-offer) background check before starting work.
