Cashier/Billing Specialist Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Youman, Madeo & Fasano LLP is seeking bilingual Spanish/English speaking accounting clerk for our Queens (Jackson Heights) law firm.

Must be able to work Saturdays and have flexible Schedule (late evenings Thursdays & Saturdays)

This is an In-Person position, Remote work is not available

- Assist Attorneys with preparing/drafting retainer agreements

- Accounts Receivables/Collections

- This position requires Great Customer Service

- Quick books entries and creating invoices (Must be Tech Savvy)

-Cashier/ Retail Experience

-Must have Great Customer Service experience

Requirements:

Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English.

1+ years of client accounting and/or related financial experience in a law firm.

Experience with QuickBooks.

Ability to work as part of a team by following directions and taking instruction.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needs.

Must be available to work OT and including some weekends.

Excellent Research skills and detail oriented.
