Catering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating delicious food for our corporate client.

Key Responsibilities:

organize, coordinate, and execute catering events for our client

Work closely with the culinary team to execute catering and ensure food quality

Manage catering set up/breakdown

Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Previous catering experience is a must

Previous experience as a cook/chef

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

computer literacy

Flexible schedule of week days until 3pm and occasional weekends as needed

Food handling certification (a plus)
