This will enable our Strategy, Design, Content, and Research teams to produce award winning work in an agile manner in the highly competitive Fintech market. Are you interested in design operations?Design and Customer Experience Tools team has been created to focus on building an integrated toolset supporting design operations, from ideation to hand-off to our development partners. Our objectives drive towards efficiency, agility, and new capabilities gains across our entire toolset.Build a Tools Management Program that supports all DCE teams' tools, across all products and channels.

Create one integrated toolset (platform), providing essential functionality to support the entire design process (strategy, ideation, design, research, content, and prototype delivery).

This improved toolset will drive process efficiencies, resource management, operational controls, standardization, and expense reductions across products.

Role:In this Design Technology Support role, you will serve as a caretaker for our toolset and the people that use it. You will help to identify support gaps and user experience improvement opportunities to help the team achieve our short- and long-term goals. Your function involves the support of design operations for the group. You will monitor processes, collect information/data, create reports, draft communications, provide technology support and training, and coordinate projects crucial to the operation of the teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Self-Help resources for the toolset and dependent technology

Gather feedback data from surveys and other sources for data analytics. Analytics to be used to create KPIs and OKRs for the performance measurement of the Tools Management Program

Create metric reporting

Manage the work log from the list of current projects/requests created by our leadership and the teams we serve.

Partner with key stakeholders (e.g., GTI Technology teams, DCE Design Ops, etc.) to identify needs that strategically align to process improvements, streamlining, and overall agility.

Manage and maintain team shared mailboxes and online community chat forums.

Assist with developing communications and communication strategies.

Provide escalation support for technology support issues when necessary.

Create end user documentation and guides for DCE Toolset

Conduct training sessions and resources covering MacOS basics and DCE's Toolset applications

Required Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization including senior management.

Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, lead groups to develop alternative solutions to complex problems, and think outside the box while driving consensus and recommending the best solutions.

Outstanding virtual team skills are a must while also being able to work independently and with limited direction from management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organization and presentation skills and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Processing, interpreting, more complex, and some less clearly defined issues

Problem solving techniques that define problems and identify solutions

Comfortable with all types of technology MacOS, MS Office, SaaS applications, etc.

May be responsible for providing training and guiding work of others with respect to technology

Manage projects requiring responsibility for delegation or escalation

Sets and achieves team objectives and alignment to department and organizational objectives

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is required; Visio a plus.

Previous technology support experience required

Minimum BS/BA or equivalent level of education/experience required.
