Job Title: CDO / CLO Position Location: NYC, NY (Remote for Now) Job Description:
- Experience in loan settlements
- Buyside experience with knowledge of various investment vehicles
- Experience in Asset Management and Private Equity Operations
- Knowledge of Senior secured loans, high yield, Asset Based Securities, Private Credit and CLO bonds
- Knowledge of Portfolio Set up and documentation
- Cash Activity and reporting
- CLO guideline knowledge a plus
- Vendor oversight and remote team experience
- Good with Excel and communication
