NY (Hybrid Model) Duration: Long Term Skills & Requirements: Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience and expertise with the following technologies and skills: Development and implementation of change management strategy, content, and communications, including but not limited to: o Blast emails/Newsletters o Banners/Bulletins/Infographics o Focus groups MS Teams, Sway, and Sharepoint Project management Coaching Position requires working in a cross-functional organization and highly dynamic work environment with competing business priorities. Therefore, Candidate must also demonstrate the following working characteristics: Must be well organized, detail oriented with demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple assignments Must be comfortable working directly with business users, as well as IT team members.
