Duties and responsibilities1. Analyze various errors generated for specific chargebacks.2. Work with wholesalers/distributors to resolve chargeback issues.3. Work with Pricing and Contracts to ensure data is accurate.4. Work with wholesalers/distributors to ensure that their system is updated5. Extract data from various databases using Business Intelligence tools and manipulate data using advanced Excel features such as Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.6. Aid in implementing and managing bid management tool for contract management including managing and updating periodically costs, customer formulary positions, business wins, losses, retains , market share and ensure data is always reliable when used by Analysts7. Maintain existing rebates in direct and indirect module8. Set up new contracts for Direct and Indirect Customers9. Load and maintain pricing in SAP10. Ad hoc requirements such as sales and pricing extraction, reports, etcQualifications1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.2. 2 years administrative experience in pricing and/or contract management preferred.3. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with the incentive to complete projects within given timeframes.4. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access.5. Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities 6. Experience in SAP systems and data manipulation.7. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, include the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel in company.
