Public Record Researcher - Lower Manhattan

Immediate in office role with limited remote possible after full training at some point in the future.

Demonstrated ability to immediately perform at least some of the following tasks (the more the better):

Ability to research and record UCC liens using the NYC ACRIS System.

Ability to record real estate documents using the NYC ACRIS System.

Ability to record UCC documents at the SS Delaware and SS NY using their respective online systems.

Ability to research liens and judgments using the Area Abstract platform.

Ability to research pending and closed litigation using the NYS eCourts and the NYS eFiling systems and the various NYC County Clerks databases.

As an adjunct to the above, must have a working knowledge of MS Word and Adobe.
