Responsibilities : The position will be accountable for all Statement of Work ongoing delivery operations and deliverables on assigned accounts Account level profit and loss management and reporting relative to plan for portfolio of accounts Capture, measure and report on customer engagement Collaborate with mid-level management to ensure client satisfaction Continuously look for areas for growth and business development Ongoing process improvement and collaboration with supporting Novitex functional areas Drive key performance indicators, service level agreements, metrics, scorecards and cost savings initiatives Collaborate with sector leaders to support and manage client initiatives and requirements Perform PO monitoring and budgetary controls relating to service area cost structure Maximize potential for contract renewals by addressing service issues Capitalize on new or expanded MPS service opportunities by working with Sector business development and engagement managers Develop relationships with customers to understand their perception of our services and their needs; identify and correct deficiencies. SCOPE : Managing 1-10 clients One Novitex industry <$4M in annual revenue Key Behaviors Establish direction & goals - set achievable but demanding goals that are linked to the objectives of the client and the organization Judgment & decision making - make sound and logical decisions that prove to be correct and effective, and resolve issues in timely manner without delay Planning & organization - organize initiatives to achieve optimal results and critical timelines Quality management - demonstrates commitment and enthusiasm to quality tools and monitor compliance to exceed client expectations Job Knowledge Managed Print Services Delivery and Operations expertise Financial acumen: P/L owner Collaboration - bring together individuals from within Novitex and client organization to solve client problems Communication - strong interpersonal communication skill and ability to read people well Possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, risk, and change management techniques Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills Strong client relationship skills and service orientation, ability to work in a demanding, client-focused, team environment Negotiation skills Problem solver Analytical skills Planning, prioritization, and organizational skills Demonstrated approach to the tracking and resolution of issues and the issuing of regular status reports Undergraduate degree preferred Minimum 5 years delivering customer service Basic experience in achieving financial goals related to revenue and profitability Experienced with contracts and contracts administration Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certification preferred Possess experience in working with mid-level stakeholdersWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
