Client Relationship Manager

A global consultancy that represents firms within financial services is hiring! They have a number of products including IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cloud, etc. They are looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager who will have a deep focus on ensuring strong customer retention/overall satisfaction for their clients, consult with their clients to ensure that they are appropriately leveraging the product portfolio, manage and take complete ownership any urgent issues, etc. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
