We're seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services department, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Client Relationships

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals

- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support

Account Management

- Manage client accounts and identify opportunities for growth

- Develop and execute strategies to increase client engagement and retention

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

- Communication

- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders

- Provide regular updates and insights to clients on our services and solutions

Requirements:

- Proven experience in client relationship management or account management

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with CRM software and client management tools
