ole: Client Services Coordinator

Location: Downtown Manhattan, New York, NY (Hybrid, 2 days on site a week!)

Start date: ASAP, Interviewing Now

Salary Range: $55,000 - $58,000

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join an IT Managed Service Provider in Down town Manhattan, New York, NY. This role will be based mostly remotely, with two days on site each week in their downtown office.

This client has an initial budget of $55,000 - $58,000 for the salary, but can be flexible for the perfect candidate. They also offer an end of year performance bonus tied to company performance.

The role is looking for candidates right away to start as soon as possible, with interviews ongoing this week!

The role is a client facing position, and will see you interacting with key stakeholders in both the project and teams daily. Making great communication skills an essential for the position.

Candidates will need to have experience with the following:

  • Previous work experience within an IT Managed service provider
  • Previous experience of customer facing roles
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • KPI and Metric tracking
