Our client, a boutique independent life insurance brokerage located near Grand Central, is seeking a Temp to Perm Client Services Associate to support the Client Services team. The Associate will use their experience to follow established processes and prepare deliverables. Relevant skills that an Associate will be able to further develop in this role include task management and time management skills, effective communication skills, and an exceptional attention to detail. The work is challenging, and hard work is recognized and rewarded. The candidate will not only learn about servicing life insurance for the wealthiest families in the country and providing highly complex reporting but also will develop task management and time management skills, effective communication skills, Microsoft Excel Skills, and an exceptional attention to detail. The work is intellectually stimulating and challenging, and hard work is recognized and rewarded. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with flexibility for overtime. After the temp period, which requires a 4 day/week in office presence, there is an opportunity to work a 3/2 hybrid schedule.Responsibilities: Obtain policy values, forms, and information from insurance carriers via carrier websites, phone, and faxPrepare premium invoices, email drafts, and policy reviews.
