Tri Tower Telecom is searching for a Client Services Representative to join us onsite in our renovated Rochester, NY facility. This is an in-person role; remote or hybrid work is not available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure a positive and professional client service experience.

Interact with customers via phone, email, online, or in person.

Conduct approximately 30 calls a day to clients.

Schedule business development client meetings with the client’s executive team.

Coordinate product requests/inquiries with the appropriate account executive.

Direct client questions, concerns, or complex queries to relevant sales professionals promptly.

Coordinate client technical assistance issues with account executives.

Expedite serious issues to management toward prompt resolution.

Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.

Maintain client records and documenting processes, tracking customer interactions and transactions.

Identifying potential client service concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in client services, sales, or a similar role.

Experience working in the Telecom Industry is preferred.
