In alignment with the MCL sales process and the clients they are assigned to work with in collaborative selling, this position is accountable for generating new business revenue and co-developing with our clients their specific account and/or test selling and promotional strategies. In collaboration with the Divisional Director, Regional Director of Sales, Hospital Account Executives, National Account Executives and their clients, project annual sales growth, market dynamics and economic conditions. Co-develop and implement business plans for territory/accounts with the Divisional Director, Regional Director of Sales, Hospital Account Executives, National Account Executives and their clients. Effectively sell and compel buying influences to move testing to Mayo and their clients by differentiating from competing interests. Coordinate appropriate resources, develop presentations and participate in the bid process for new and upsell opportunities. In collaboration with Product Managers and the Divisional Director, Regional Director of Sales, Hospital Account Executives, identify specific tests or groups of test that are differentiated in the market and pursue upsells to targeted clients. With Hospital Account Executives, negotiate pricing, coordinate contract development and execution and monitor the accurate lock-in of prices.Up to 80% travel is expected in this position.QualificationsBachelor's and three years’ experience in sales (preferably within the market segment they will be representing (e.g., Neurology), physician/client facing contact or negotiating contracts within a hospital or laboratory setting.This position requires incumbent to work from an office in their home located within territory of support - Alabama & Central Tennessee.Visa sponsorship is not available for this positionAdditional qualificationsMaster's in business, medical technology, or sciences preferred.
