Job Description: • Develop and maintain tools to enhance network visibility and automation for onpremise and cloud (AWS). Aid in migrating production workloads from on-premise to the cloud (AWS).• Research, recommend, implement and administer networking operations. Serve as architect and consultant regarding all network components, functions, and implementations.• Troubleshoot and mitigate adverse impact due to network related issues. Be available on a rotating basis to respond to incidents.• Recommend and develop appropriate networking constructs for AWS Public cloud network platform.• Configure and maintain cloud network tooling at enterprise scale as part of a global team. Please find below updated JD and share profiles accordingly asap, · Develop and test Terraform modules to automate infrastructure deployment in AWS· Engineer infrastructure services in AWS as per standards established by client.· Takeover landing zone designs and code modules developed by Presidio, maintain and enhance· Work with Platform and Delivery engineering teams for any application deployments· Troubleshoot issues accessing AWS services due to routing, security, and any other infrastructure related roadblocks Skills:· Deep expertise in Terraform code development and testing – MUST HAVE· AWS Cloud infrastructure services including network, security, and platform services such as VPC, Transit gateway, Gateway Load Balancers (including Palo Alto), AWS Console services, monitoring services etc. – MUST HAVE· Networking and Security infrastructure expertise – MUST HAVE · Understanding of GitLab and DevOps technologies – GOOD TO HAVE Role Based Competencies: • Expert knowledge in designing and deploying dynamically scalable, fault-tolerant on-premise, hybrid and cloud-based networks, that are highly available and highly reliable, in support of a migration effort for existing applications.• Knowledge of Linux container operations and service mesh constructs (Kubernetes/Istio)• Expertise in working and architecting in Amazon Web Services (AWS)• Ability to design network solutions on AWS across Availability Zones and Regions• Expertise in network infrastructure and concepts (VPNs, routing protocols, TCP/IP, IPv4 and v6, VXLAN, OSI layers, etc.)• Strong knowledge in:• Nexus 7k• Virtual Port-Channel• NX-OS• Checkpoint management• I2• BGP knowledge• Good Troubleshooting skills• Experience with selection, design, implementation, and support of enterprise network systems and diagnostic tools
