This professional must be extremely organized, proactive in managing information, and will interact on a regular basis with the larger commercial, sales, legal & risk, and account/client delivery teams across the GOS organization, so must have a collaborative, positive outlook, and excellent communication skills.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESCommercial Management:Support process development, program improvement, and quality initiatives for global commercial programsDevelop reports measuring program impact for the GOS leadership team, with support from the [Budapest analyst role]Document and follow up on takeaways from Americas Regional Commercial Committee (RCC) and Integrated Portfolio Management Commercial Committee (IPMCC)Periodically monitor the RCC activity in EMEA and APAC regions and identifying and escalating any issues/concernsSupport other Commercial Committee activities, when neededAssist with preparation and organization of materials for Commercial Readiness programs, as well as broader GOS Commercial Training programsSupport the Commercial Management team with collection, follow-up, and organization of data and information from account teams for Health Check-up and Renewal ReadinessContribute to template development and tracking progress of commercial health of accounts and pursuits throughout the lifecycle of the end-to-end commercial programTake ownership of the Commercial Teams siteLiaise with global teams to ensure global adoption of all programsPricing Support:Support development of pricing models for commercial real estate outsourcing pursuits across all GOS Service Lines (Facility Management, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, Project Management, Space Planning & Occupancy, and other related offerings)Complete client pricing templates and deliverables for Requests for Proposal (RFP) responsesPartner with senior Pricing Team members to consolidate pricing for regional and global multi-service line pursuits into a proforma model that assesses deal profitabilityPartner with Pricing Team leadership to support process improvements and strategic initiativesSupport projects for the broader GOS Commercial team, as neededREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field plus 2-4 years of relevant work experienceAdvanced skills in Microsoft ExcelProficient in other Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft PowerPointExperience in SmartsheetsComfortable working with, aggregating and analyzing large sets of disparate dataStrong attention to detail and precise with numbersExperience with financial modeling and knowledge of financial terms and principlesApproaches tasks proactively; does not shy away from asking questions and raising issues to senior team membersEffective organizational and research skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a timely and thorough mannerExcellent oral and written communication skillsPREFERRED SKILLSProficient in Microsoft Power BI or other similar programs (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)Proficiency configuring and managing sites on Microsoft SharePoint platformExperience collaborating effectively in a global and matrixed organizationSelf-starter that thrives in a high-growth business environmentAbility to occasionally travel for internal meetingsOTHER DUTIESThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
