Commercial Cleaner

The Campanile is currently seeking a dependable, reliable, honest and hard-working individual for part-time employment in our incredible work environment.

The individual must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. The job requires strong attention to detail, ability to do a variety of cleaning (details below) and lift a minimum of 25lbs.

Position available:

1. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday days Approximately 5.5 hours per day. (16.5 hours per week)

Shift is 9:30am - 3pm (we will be slightly flexible with start time to accommodate you if needed)

Delaware Ave in Buffalo.

Immediate Start

Responsibilities include:

· Thorough cleaning of common areas, stairwells and bathrooms

· Detailed brass polishing

· Washing/Mopping/Scrubbing floors

· Dusting & window washing

· Vacuuming

· Cleaning of horizontal surfaces as well as moldings, baseboards, and window frames/ledges

· Removal of trash. Must be able to lift 25 pounds if necessary. Assist in other areas as needed.

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour.
