RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's large Pharmaceutical client is looking for a Commercial IT BA for a long-term contract position which will eventually require on site in the Albany, NY area. For right now this position is Remote/Hybrid.
Responsibilities: Business Analyst - Pharmaceutical/Life Science will develop, maintain, and improve new and existing BI solutions and software for Commercial Market Access functions Help gather business & functional requirements for potential new or expansion opportunities Build, demonstrate, and iterate functional visualizations, wireframes, and prototypes Translate business requirements for delivery teams by analyzing and profiling various internal or external datasets (patient, pharmacy, etc.) As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design, development, testing and deployment activities Review quality and accuracy of project deliverables against functional requirements Manage effective & quality documentation across SDLC construct Facilitate and conduct project meetings and track delivery status Business Analysts collaborate and effectively communicate with business and technical teams Provide project status, anticipate challenges, communicate dependencies, issues, and risksREQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Science arena 3-5 years of experience executing business intelligence and data analytics IT projects, preferably in Life Sciences commercial IT space; Either using agile or Waterfall based delivery approaches Understanding of Agile software development and comfort working in an environment where change and reprioritization occurs Proficiency with business intelligence and data analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, MS Excel, and proven successful delivery of experiences Experience with AWS and demonstrated understanding of cloud application architectures Experience commanding status meetings and tracking team activities & deliverables, and timely escalation of blockers Experience in Commercial IT within a pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences organizations with strong analytical skills with Data Sets Tableau and AWS Cloud Experience with Hub Service Providers, Commercial Operations and or Insight Analytics Most important skills required: Commercial IT Hub Data 21CFR Part 11 Patient Services Highly preferred: Experience working with Pharmaceutical Commercial field Reimbursement or Sales teams Experience working with 3rd party hub service providers Experience working with pharmaceutical commercial data sets (hub data, specialty pharmacy data, etc.) Experience working on solutions involving consumption of data from CRM and MDM platformsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
