Job DescriptionInsight Global's renewable energy client is looking for a NERC Compliance Manager to join their team in Queensbury, NY! This person will be responsible for leading the compliance team and regional management with compliance efforts. They will manage reliability compliance policies and procedures associated with the client's Bulk Electric System and transmission assets in the US. Additionally, they will track and prepare for new and revised NERC standards that impact the business while maintaining/implementing annual Reliability Compliance schedule/calendar for both generation and transmission assets. Ensuring that compliance deadlines are met is vital - so this candidate needs to have great organizational and time management skills. This person will have to manage the compliance budget and train/provide guidance to regional operations staff as needed.
