AG Urgent Care is looking for experienced Comptroller who provide both operational and programmatic support to the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in developing new business, specifically: assist the CEO and COO in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.

Monitor banking activities of the organization.

Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.

Oversee business insurance plans and health care coverage analysis.

Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets, including assets purchased with government funds (computers, etc.) assuring all are in accordance with federal regulations.

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Payroll preparation, data entry and bank reconciliation

Proficiency/experience in Quick Books Pro Desktop Version 2016 an up.

Carrying out Bank reconciliation.

Producing balance sheets, income statement and other financial documents.

Monitor office expenses, tally and enter cash receipts.

Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes.

Reconcile monthly credit card statements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Atleast 2+ years of related work experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance

Proficient with QuickBooks

Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Outstanding knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to provide financial projections.
