Construction Help Wanted: Lead Foreman

POSITION: Lead Foreman

PAY: Based on experience, $70k - $85k per year to start.

DUTIES: framing, tile work, drywalling, trim work, plumbing, electrical, complete start to finish of jobs, etc. Blueprint reading A but not required.

REQUIREMENTS: Working foreman, must be able to lift heavy objects & reliable transportation is a must. Must also be self motivated and able to lead a few guys through all phases of smaller jobs.
