KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for Continuous Improvement Manager. Position Description Drives a culture of Continuous Improvement throughout the organization by leading projects that are designed to reduce operational costs. Responsible for mapping existing processes, working with leaders on ways to improve our existing processes and plays a key role in defining and developing new system deployments in support of our continuous improvement program. Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops effective key performance indicators and reports results to leadership team and other key stakeholdersWorks directly with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, determines the appropriate improvement methodologies, and implements Continuous Improvement processes to achieve identified cost improvements compatible with business objectivesFacilitates and acts as a subject matter expert in process Improvement by leading and mentoring others to higher levels of success through better project selection, project scoping, team selection, project implementation and monitoring Leads the evaluation of Continuous Improvement activities throughout the organizationIdentifies metrics and implements system dashboards to track and evaluate performance metrics related to Continuous Improvement implementations and their projected paybacks.Recommends improvements and/or modifications for sequence of operations and related mattersPerforms other duties as assignedJob Skills RequirementsThorough knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools such as Kaizen and Six SigmaExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to successfully interact and motivate a diverse group of people.Demonstrated strong leadership skills which champion accountability, maximize team and individual strengths, seek and implement change and align with critical business objectivesExcellent problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsHighly collaborative and able to work effectively in a participative, team-oriented environmentProficient computer skills and familiarity with productivity softwareAbility to lead a project and others that do not have a direct report relationship Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location CompetenciesEducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and experienceExperience RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management, continuous improvement or related fieldMay require domain specific experience in a specific function
