Duties Description Contract Management Specialist 1/Trainee 1 / 2, will be responsible for all aspects of the contract/purchase processes including but not limited to: Procurement solicitations. Discretionary purchases. Seeking price quotes. State contracts, and contract negotiations. Processing requisitions and purchase orders. Reviewing and obtaining approval on program area agreements. Monitoring contact terms and expiration dates. Liaison between A/P staff and vendors to ensure all components are in place to pay invoices in a timely manner.
