CSI Companies are looking for a HYBRID Contract Specialist to join the team of a prestigious healthcare organization in New York, NY. - Execute contract management process to ensure SOWs, BAAs, etc. are reviewed
- Work efficiently with different stakeholders including risk management, legal, and various other departments to ensure approval of contracts
- Work with legal department to draft licensing, service contract terms, and other aspects are up to date on current legal requirements
- Work with security personnel to verify all concerns requiring security are addressed
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant job experience
- Possess high critical thinking skills to resolve problems
- Possess above par written and communication skills
- Prior history of dealing with contract agreements
- Healthcare contracting (preferred)
