Description We are seeking a Controller for a long-term contract employment opportunity. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for creating and managing budgets, allocating funds, and handling various accounting functions. Responsibilities: Construct and modify budgets effectively Strategically allocate funds to optimize income streams Handle financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage the vouchering process for grants on a quarterly basis Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for financial management Maintain and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency Utilize Crystal Reports to present financial data and reports Manage Budget Processes efficiently and effectively Ensure adherence to Federal Grant and Government Grants policies Oversee Grant Accounting and Grant Management, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related financial management position Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems for streamlining financial operations Experience with ADP - Financial Services for efficient payroll management Familiarity with Crystal Reports for generating dynamic reports Strong understanding of Accounting Functions to maintain financial health of the organization Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proven track record in Auditing to ensure compliance with financial regulations Knowledge of Budget Processes for effective financial planning and control Experience in Federal Grant and Government Grants accounting Proficiency in Grant Accounting for appropriate use of funds Experience in Grant Management for overseeing the grant process from application to completion Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
