Description We are in search of a Controller to join our team in the property management industry based in Hauppauge, New York. The role involves supervising a team and overseeing all accounting and office related tasks.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Utilize CRM and Accounting Software Systems for the efficient management of financial data Conduct regular audits to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance Assist in managing the budget processes to ensure financial efficiency Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other finance-related tasks Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data and reports Lead and support the accounting team to ensure optimal performance Handle customer inquiries and resolve them effectively and efficiently Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Knowledge of Accounting Functions Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in Auditing Understanding of Budget Processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
