We've partnered with a custom engineering shop that specializes in automation systems and machinery here in Rochester, NY. They're currently looking for a Controls Design Engineer to join their growing team. This is a full-time, direct hire role with base salary + OT work available to make even more money.Your main focus here would be to design and implement Controls applications into tooling, equipment, machinery and other hardware.
Preferred Qualifications:-College degree in Engineering related discipline or demonstrated, relevant experience in the field.-Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) or similar software.-Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment on a cross-functional team.-Strong aptitude to learn and a desire to grow as an engineer in the controls space.
