Growing together.Position Overview: The Clinical Operations team enables patients to be treated in an environment combining an expert medical team with individual attention and compassionate care. The Coordinator of Practice Operations & Workflows works collaboratively with the members of the Clinical Operations team and is responsible for the operations of the assigned program. The Coordinator Practice Operations & Workflows seeks creative solutions to support the assigned program. The Coordinator Practice Operations & Workflows is an important liaison that align with the individual program goals and desired outcomes. The Coordinator Practice Operations & Workflows is an integral part of Clinical Operations and our approach to delivery of patient-centered, compassionate medical care, complementing the necessary professional services to patientsPrimary Responsibilities:

Support Clinical Operations Initiatives and Programs with appropriate documentation and communication

Collaborates with Program Manager for program execution and success

Support complete and accurate documentation of assigned project progress

Coordinate with Regional Directors, Patient Care Managers and practice staff on assessment and education activities surrounding identified opportunities for improvement, from initiation through completion

Work collaboratively with Clinical Operations, Laboratory, Radiology, Purchasing and Facilities Departments to assure all aspect of acquisitions, remediation, and compliance is complete

Support scheduling for training, education, and targeted support to practice staff as applicable

Participates in in-service training for personnel

Performs related work as required

Performance Requirements:

Adheres to group’s policies and procedures including OSHA and HIPAA guidelines

Knowledge of CMM procedures for varying specialties and their impact on practice health and safety

Ability to establish and maintain effective working and collaborative relationships with medical leadership, senior leadership team, and department managers/supervisors

Ability to foster a patient-centered environment while maintaining practice health and safety

Ability to educate and facilitate with regard to necessary changes

Ability to handle stressful situations

Typical Physical Demands:

Work requires sitting for long periods of time; also stooping, bending, and stretching for files and supplies. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds

Requires the use of office equipment, such as computer terminals, telephones, and copiers

Extensive travel to various practice locations

Typical Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a variety of settings and offices

Involves frequent contact with employee(s), provider(s), manager(s) and supervisor(s)

Work may be stressful at times, interaction with others is constant and interruptive

3+ years of experience in clinical or community health settings

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, One Note, Vizio, and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the clinical setting or applicable project coordination experience

New York Residents Only: The hourly range for New York residents is $16.00 to $32.55 per hour.
