Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Senior Vice President, serve as liaison with Corporate Affairs staff and leaders regarding culture, employee engagement, planning, and internal initiatives.

Advance the mission and vision of Corporate Affairs by overseeing strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution (including the design and implementation of change management strategies and internal engagement), under the guidance of division leadership.

Oversee daily operations of the division in collaboration with senior managers and division leaders, including assisting with the preparation and dissemination of division-specific communications.

Assist and communicate with division leaders and stakeholders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.

Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.

Assist with onboarding of new hires, including documentation and onboarding activities.

Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant business management or executive support experience.

Relevant Work Experience

Experience in organizing and directing high-performing teams. Required

Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives. Required

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Required

Strong facilitator of cross-functional collaboration. Required

Solid planning, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Required

Professional experience in program development, management, and delivery and/or project. management. Required

Experience in change and/or project management. Preferred

Significant experience interfacing with senior management and stakeholders. Preferred

Ability to exercise discretion and judgment. Preferred

Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions. Preferred

Comfortable leading in ambiguity. Preferred

Driver's License Required

Other Physical Demands

Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.

Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
