SummaryAs a Vice President on the CNS Integration team, you will bring strong data gathering, research, analytical and communication skills to support the build-out of CNS risk capabilities across the firm. You will expand the profile of the CNS team with external stakeholders, including regulators via contributing to white papers and representing JPMC at industry events. If you thrive in an agile environment and thrive on leading and persuading others, while positively influencing the outcome of team efforts, this role is for you.The Climate, Nature and Social (CNS) Risk Management team is responsible for setting firmwide risk management framework and strategies, designing application of risk scenarios, addressing the dynamic and evolving social and nature landscape, and building a unified approach for firmwide and legal entity implementation and execution with respect to these risk types.As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the centre of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. You help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks, and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers, and communities.Job Responsibilities

Work closely with CNS' Risk leadership on written communications needs, including executive messages, site visits, risk management and business presentations and town halls in order to connect with their teams and advance the CNS risk organization's goals across the firm.

Develop narratives and key messages to explain CNS data trends, results, and conclusions, simplifying technical content for a more general audience.

Devise and manage communications strategies to support CNS Risk Team's business objectives.

Build and maintain peer comparisons, benchmarking the firm across the climate, nature and social risk management space and identifying opportunities for enhancing internal frameworks and capabilities.

Represent the firm externally through participation in industry and regulator meetings, conferences, and roundtables.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills

4+ years' experience in internal, corporate and/or executive-level communications, including hands-on writing, editing, project management and presentation building, ideally in financial services.

Outstanding ability to take complex, technical concepts and translate them into simple/digestible communications and demonstrated success in developing executive-level messages and communications strategies.

Organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines.

Naturally inquisitive, intellectually curious with an interest in the climate, nature, and social risk space

Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.

Ability to confidently work well in cross-functional teams and across all levels within the organization demonstrating respect for a diversity of opinions and styles.

Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint
