The CRM & Analytics team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team responsible for leading the firm's global digitalization effort. This initiative, spanning all client-facing business units and corporate functions, will drive innovation and strategic change through technology, data science, and deep analytics. The team partners with key business leaders and industry experts to build transformational technology to drive revenue, maximize efficiency, and optimize the allocation of resources.Position Overview:Data Stewards will work with end users to coordinate the quality, security, and maintenance of the firm's CRM data. They will be responsible for defining data elements and establish policies and procedures adopted by business management teams that relate to the collection and accuracy of data. Additional responsibilities include: Resolve exceptions either directly in the source system or populate templates with the data to be updated; ensure data populated in templates is in the correct format Work directly with the business to: Define business rules to resolve data quality issues (e.g., exclude Contacts that do not have an association with an active Jefferies employee) Resolve exceptions (e.g., provide an accurate email address) Validate data in the target system and provide signoff Meet data cleanup timeline to have the data ready for user acceptance testing Align with the Data Analyst on data exception reportsKey Deliverables Provide DIG team with cleansed data templates Give necessary training on the stewarded data upon request Maintain data flow diagrams related to stewarded dataBasic Requirements: Background in data management; CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data is a plus Strong with SQL and Excel Strong communication skills with the ability to execute Strong organizational and analytical skills; must be detail orientated Leadership and influence capacityDesired Skills Financial Services industry experience Salesforce.com and Tier1CRM experienceBenefits- Competitive pay + benefits!
