Description We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team in the Service industry based in CORTLAND, New York. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Customer Service professional, your responsibilities will revolve around addressing customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring efficient processing of customer applications.Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the customer, Account Manager, and Operations team, when required Validate all documentation submitted by clients Manage both new and existing client accounts Utilize financial tools available to assess clients’ credit worthiness and status Process orders across all systems efficiently Research and assist in resolving account problems Create Intercompany projects and deposit invoices Submit internal match payments and assist with resolution of invoicing issues, as necessary Perform other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
