Customer Service / Call Center Representative

We are recruiting for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to work in a temp to hire role in the Rochester area! This is a great opportunity to expand your skill-set and help patients every day!

Days/Hours: Full-time: Monday-Friday daytime hours; no weekends or holidays.

Salary: $17.00 - $22.10

Job duties: Answering inbound phone calls and emails, Schedule appointments, resolve patient issues, respond to patient or physician inquiries, handle or redirect billing questions, transfer or resolve emergent calls, record call information into EMR, assist with outboard communications when needed, any other duties as requested

Minimum qualifications: High school diploma and one year of customer service experience
