We’re seeking a full-time, in-office Customer Service Lead to oversee daily operations, support a growing team, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience in a customer service environment, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include managing escalations, monitoring team performance, training new hires, and driving continuous improvement. This is not a remote position — candidates must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday.
