Job DescriptionService incoming calls from members and providers, verify benefits and eligibility for Medicaid members, arrange transportation, assist with enrollment, other various tasks. Must have access to high-speed internet - requires secure ethernet connection, no use of WiFi. Self motivated to follow a schedule and work from home independently. Equipment and training is provided.Required QualificationsCustomer Service in call center preferred, Medicaid, health insurance or health care background, bilingual in Spanish or Simple Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and second language, must be able to pass Aetna certification test for bilingual associates after hire. Computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel. Must have access to high-speed internet - requires secure ethernet connection, no use of WiFi. Self motivated to follow a schedule and work from home independently. Equipment and training is provided.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 10 days of your employment.
