Description

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by delivering superior customer service and swiftly resolving customer issues.

Interact with customers over the phone, via email, or online chat to provide support and information on company's products or services.

Keep up-to-date on product features to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Perform other customer support-related tasks and special projects as directed by the supervisor.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints or disputes in an efficient manner.

Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.

Requirements

High school diploma, General Education Degree or equivalent.

Proven skill set in proactive listening, problem-solving, judgment, decision making and negotiation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and handling CRM systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle time efficiently.

Stable internet connection for remote work, if necessary.

Superior people skills; ability to connect easily with others and establish and maintain relationships.

Prior customer service experience is a plus.
