Description We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to be part of our team located in Bohemia, New York. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their requests and queries through various channels. This role primarily involves answering inbound calls, data entry, and managing email correspondence. This opportunity offers short-term contract employment.Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer calls and address their requests or issues. Enter customer information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and make necessary updates. Coordinate with road technicians to route customer needs. Build invoices based on the notes entered by technicians, including labor hours and parts used. Schedule appointments based on customer requests. Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks and reporting. Handle both inbound and outbound calls as necessary. Maintain a high level of professionalism and order entry accuracy. Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information. Contribute to a positive team environment with a focus on customer service excellence. Requirements Proven experience in a Customer Service role. Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls. Experience in a call center customer service environment. Excellent data entry skills. Proficiency in email correspondence and ability to communicate effectively through written communication. Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word effectively. Experience in order entry and processing customer orders accurately. Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Fluency in English language; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
