Customer Service Representative

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hicksville, New York. As a crucial part of our team, you will be tasked with managing customer inquiries, keeping records up to date, and ensuring that data entry processes are executed efficiently.Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service in a call center environment. Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from customers. Accurately and efficiently enter data for all customer interactions. Handle email correspondence with customers, providing timely and appropriate responses. Manage both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to maintain customer records and process information. Accurately enter customer orders into the system. Schedule appointments for customers when needed. Monitor and manage customer accounts, initiating appropriate actions as required. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills Proven experience in a call center customer service environment Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences Solid data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, adept at managing high call volumes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes Knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing Competency in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing customer orders Ability to schedule appointments effectively, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
