You will be calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.Important Skills | Nga Pūkenga Motuhake Have experience in an IT Call Centre, Help Desk or Customer facing role (including troubleshooting)Answer customer queries and provide accurate information every time, and then ensuring all service requests are documented to a high standardHave excellent verbal and written communication skills with great listening and interpretation skills.Be a team player.Advantageous to have experience in ServiceNow, ServiceCloud or MaximoIdeally you will have had some exposure to Office365, Exchange, Active DirectoryThis position is rostered. Our standard business hours are between 7.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
