Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support & Sales Specialist to handle incoming customer inquiries and follow up on lead submissions. This position combines customer service, sales, and call center responsibilities to ensure no potential lead is missed. The ideal candidate will have excellent conversational, listening, and multitasking skills, and will play a critical role in converting leads into accounts.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally. Follow up with leads submitted through our website to ensure timely responses.
Clearly explain our data recovery services, the evaluation process, and associated costs to potential customers. Build trust and confidence by guiding customers through the process.
Convert customer inquiries into active cases by opening accounts, initiating the evaluation process, and providing FedEx shipping labels for lab submissions.
Collect payments for the evaluation service and effectively explain the value of our services.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by listening actively, addressing concerns empathetically, and communicating solutions effectively.
Accurately document customer interactions, case details, and lead information in our CRM system while on calls.
Take notes, update systems, and provide real-time assistance to customers without sacrificing quality or professionalism.
Stay in touch with customers post-evaluation to explain findings, present recovery quotes, and address any further questions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or sales roles.
Experience in industries offering one-time services is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to type quickly and accurately while multitasking during calls.
A customer-first mindset with a friendly and professional tone of voice.
Proven ability to build trust and credibility with customers, especially for high-value services.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to ensure no leads or follow-ups are missed.
Familiarity with CRM software and call handling systems (preferred).
Sales experience, particularly in converting leads into paying customers (preferred).
The ideal candidate has native level American English with a background in technology and customer representative.
Workdays: Mon-Fri, 09:00 am - 01:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 6.00 pm (20 hrs. weekly).
This position is initially part-time, with the potential to transition to a full-time role after a specified period, based on performance and business needs
