- Perform very complex and responsible analytical work, ad-hoc analyses, and prepare relevant reports and presentations as assigned.
- Conduct research and analysis using a variety of quantitative methods across units including: Environmental Hazards Unit; Building Systems Safety Unit; and Employee Oversight Unit;
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Environmental Health and Safety business process diagrams, workflows, risk assessments, and business cases for assigned projects.
- Develop targeted reports, EH&SD dashboards, and data visualization models that surface key information and trends related to the EH&SD oversight findings
- Work closely with the EH&S Teams to design and refine data collection, analysis, and reporting tools and methodologies (i.e. observation tools, survey instruments, spreadsheets, data dashboards, etc.).and ensure methods and personnel follow standards by conducting statistical tests to assess data quality, validity, and reliability.
- Assist with the establishment of performance metrics and reporting cycles.
- In collaboration with Teams, Develop Data Quality Assurance protocols/process for Unit Oversight Field Activities
- Ensure all data is validated doing a crosswalk of the exported results; supporting documentation; and submitted Activity Reports, in addition to conducting peer reviews on a percentage of entries.
- Review portfolio data to identify anomalies and ensure timely corrections are made to ensure accurate reporting; escalate any unresolved discrepancies.
- Develop QA Report of Quality Assurance findings.
- Maintain Data Discrepancies Log
- Ensure process documentation is maintained according to defined retention schedule.
- Validate data throughout the month utilizing quality assurance attributes (Accuracy, Reliability, Completeness, Precision, Timeliness and Integrity) in assessments.
- Assist with other duties related to the work of the unit as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on the status of the EH&S programs to audiences that include residents, executives, senior management, and other stakeholders.
