Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Analyst in Jamaica, New York. The selected candidate will play a critical role in our team, primarily focusing on extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from customer portals to ensure efficient business operations.Responsibilities: Utilize Excel to pull reports from customer portals and analyze the data. Maintain a high level of data accuracy in all tasks. Employ data mining techniques to extract relevant information from large datasets. Use data visualization tools to present data analysis results in a clear and concise manner. Utilize EO/IR systems to enhance data analysis. Leverage Informatica tools to manage data effectively. Conduct AB Testing to improve business operations. Apply analytics to derive insights and inform business decisions. Use Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enhance business operations. Create and maintain business requirement documents. Develop dashboards for effective data presentation and reporting. Conduct detailed data analysis to extract insights and inform business decisions. Requirements Proficiency in database management and data mining techniques Experience with data visualization tools and techniques Familiarity with EO/IR systems Knowledge of Informatica software Proven ability to conduct AB Testing Strong analytics skills, particularly in a business intelligence context Experience with creating business requirement documents Ability to create data dashboards Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Demonstrated skills in data analysis Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques.
