Coordinator, Membership Data & AnalyticsFull TimeRemote but would require someone who can work onsite when required (1x per month) We are seeking a Coordinator of Membership Data & Analytics to be part of a team that shares in their passion to help attract and grow its global base of members. This pivotal role will support the team in the ongoing lifecycle marketing efforts for prospects and existing members, and ultimately helps drive the overall strategy for the Membership team and other business units.

Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with team members to create lists for acquisition and retention campaigns through multiple channels such as digital marketing and email
  • Preparing monthly dashboard and quarterly reporting on key Membership metrics, including demographic breakdowns by geography, age, membership type, etc.
  • Assisting in creating reports for other business units and international offices
  • Assisting team with monthly forecasting process, including downloading reports, partnering with team members to consolidate numbers, and key data into financial system
  • Updating member lists periodically with vendors for specific benefits
  • Assisting in updating existing forecasting models and weekly projections to stay on target.
  • Performing ad hoc requests and general support as required
This role requires a Bachelor's degree, or additional equivalent experience, and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights from data is required. The incumbent must also have a proven track record of demonstrating knowledge, excellence and practical experience in the following technical and professional skills and competencies:

Communication Excellent oral and written presentation skills are required

Technical Advanced in Microsoft Office, with expertise in advanced features of Microsoft Excel and Access

Data Management A proven ability to track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to determine ROI

Project Management A detailed approach and ability to work independently and remain organized in order to meet commitments and balance competing priorities

Problem Solving Ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues, and develop actionable recommendations
