Title: AEP Data Architect

Location: New York City, NY

Job Summary As a Data Architect you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the overall data architecture of our organization. You will work closely with cross functional teams to identify the data needs of the organization and develop strategies to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security accuracy and accessibility of the data.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the overall data architecture of the organization
  • Work with cross functional teams to identify data needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain data models data dictionaries and other documentation
  • Ensure the security accuracy and accessibility of the data
  • Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures
  • Work with IT and other departments to ensure that data is properly integrated and maintained
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends related to data architecture and management
  • Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's, or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture or related field
  • Expertise in data modeling data architecture and data management
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL NoSQL and Big Data platforms
  • Strong understanding of data security privacy and compliance
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies and services
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Salary Transparency: Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110841 - $145000.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
